MEATBALLS WITH POLENTA
Meatballs, or Polpette, are one of our specialties, made the same way they are in Italy. Ground beef and pork are mixed with garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, basil, ricotta cheese, and parmesen cheese, and baked light, fluffy and full of flavor. Served over polenta, (Italian style ground cornmeal with parmesan cheese) and topped with our san marzano tomato sauce. Delicious by itself or with a Margherita Pizza!
