PIADINA, what is it???
A piadina is a griddle baked flatbread from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy located in east central Italy. It's a quick on the go sandwich purchased in stores and on the street
Our Piadina's are made with genuine Italian Caputo 00 flour, water, yeast and salt. They're rolled out into a thin disk and cooked on a griddle, and you can watch the whole thing happening at our counter!

Sopprassata Italian style coarse pork salami slices are what gives punch to this piadina. It's paired with soft goat cheese that's smeared over the piadina to give a creamy texture, and topped with arugula,sliced tomatoes,basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

PROSCIUTTO, MOZZARELLA, TOMATO, BASIL
This piadina has 3 slices of our genuine Italian dry aged 18 month Prosciutto di Parma, 3 slices of Fior di Latte whole milk mozzarella and sliced vine ripe tomatoes, and comes drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and garnished with basil leaves.
This delicious piadina is filled with tuna tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, fennel, black olives and basil and topped with tomato slices and torn basil leaves. Hearty and light at the same time, this is a winner!
MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST
A classic chicken sandwich, our piadina is served with chicken breast marinated in white wine, olive oil, garlic, rosemary and chopped parsley. The flatbread also comes with roasted peppers, arugula and mozzarella to give the classic American sandwich a twist of Naples.
ITALIAN SAUSAGE, SPINACH, TRUFFLE, RICOTTA
Genuine Italian pork sausage in our piadina flatbread with Italian style Truffle cream cheese and Parmesan cheese spread inside it. Oil and garlic sautéed spinach mixed in. Full of flavor and hearty!
