Kale, very popular in Tuscany, is a super food, but we use it because it's also super delicious. So we top chopped kale with shaved pecorino cheese (From Tuscany sheep's milk), pistachios, sautéed mushrooms and golden raisins and serve it with our home made sun dried tomato vinaigrette.

Traditional Sicilian style agro-dolce flavors. Roasted cauliflower cut into pieces and roasted in the oven golden brown, then tossed with arugula, toasted pine nuts and golden raisins. Served with a sweet and sour white balsamic vinaigrette made with honey and olive oil.
Baby spinach tossed with our housemade crispy prosciutto, shaved Ricotta salata, orange segments, toasted pine nuts and house pickled red onions (sliced thin and marinated in lime juice). Served with a citrus vinaigrette, Sicilian style.
The Caesar was invented by an Italian, but in Mexico! Chopped romaine lettuce with our housemade Caesar dressing (Garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, Parmesan, egg and olive oil) and shaved Parmesan cheese. Classic but done perfectly.
